Shipping Policy

Merchandise ordered on can be shipped to the United States of America, including Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and Guam or Canada.  We currently do not ship to military or air force bases domestically or internationally.


We currently offer three shipping options for stocked items online: Standard, Premium, or Diamond.

Enjoy free Standard Shipping on all purchases $65 USD or more on before tax and/or gift wrapping costs.  Orders that are $150 USD or more on enjoy complimentary premium shipping.  Diamond shipping is a bespoke service and is a $50 USD flat rate fee regardless of order total.

Merchandise ordered on that are in stock will be processed within 2 – 5 business days.  We strive to get your order(s) to you as soon as possible and most order(s) are processed within 48 to 72 hours from our warehouse.

All orders for in stock merchandise (which includes accessories, jewelry, scarves, socks, small leather goods, keychains, technology, hair, and more) are in limited collections and production. 

In most cases, items that are out of stock will not appear on our website at all, however, there are some cases where an item that appears to be in stock may in fact, be out of stock.  In these cases, you will be notified as quickly as possible that your order cannot be fulfilled.  That item will be canceled and you will not be charged for that item.

In stock merchandise being shipped from our warehouse will have more packaging than items shipped from our custom printed merchandise.  If your order consists of both in stock and custom printed merchandise, these items may be shipped separately depending on availability and production times.



Merchandise ordered on that are custom printed will ship separately from in stock items at our warehouse.  We currently do not ship any custom printed merchandise to military or air force bases domestically or internationally.

All orders for printed merchandise (which includes greetings cards, notes, custom stationery, journals, wall art, mugs, photography, digital art, posters, and more) are made to order through our printing manufacturing partner. 

The actual production time of custom printed merchandise will vary depending on your order and shipping location.  After a print merchandise order is placed, it may take between 3 – 7 days to process and actually create the product.  The three shipping options to choose will then apply after.  For example, if you order custom notecards, it may take 5 days to produce in our printing factory, then an additional 2 – 7 days after to ship to your location.



We process, ship, and deliver orders Monday through Friday from Maryland, USA. You will receive email notification when all or part of your order has been processed and sent to shipping.  A tracking number will be e-mailed to you for updates through our shipping carrier, UPS.

Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not considered Business Days for shipping.  

All orders on stocked items online will be processed at our warehouse by 1:00 pm EST.  Orders placed on stocked items after 1:00 pm EST will be processed the following day. 

We do not ship on holidays including, and not limited to, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Eve and Day. 

Shipping fees and taxes are not counted towards the merchandise total. Only one promotional code may be used per order.  The free shipping policy may not be combined with any other offers unless explicitly noted.

There is no expedited shipping available for orders in Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Island, Puerto Rico, and Guam.  Additional shipping charges may apply in these specific locations.

We cannot guarantee delivery dates will be met depending on your geographic location, shipping logistical errors, holidays, weather delays, and/or unexpected shipping delays. We work with UPS, a reliable trusted national company, to fulfill shipping on all in stock merchandise items with a tracking code. 

We currently do not ship merchandise internationally.  Please check back for more detailed international information as we continue to expand globally at boutiques and online.

We do not ship in stock merchandise or printed merchandise to multiple addresses.
